Day 1 of orientation - found out tomorrow is another full day of orientation. Sheesh, talk about mental overload! Today was a mixed bag but spent 2.5 hours being educated about ESD - talk about FUN."Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is the sudden and momentary electric current that flows between two objects at different electrical potentials. The term is usually used in the electronics and other industries to describe momentary unwanted currents that may cause damage to electronic equipment."
And scored a 97% on the test! Also came home with yet another pair of specialty safety shoes. Otherwise it was a good day!
