UGH.
There are some things about this new job that I am loathing - lack of understanding. I have no flipping clue what I all need to get done on a regular basis! The only training I had was on the huge projects I do, not everyday duties and timeline of other tasks. I want to do this job well but I still can't wrap my head around what I prioritize and what comes next.
So yes, my head is still spinning and I really wish I had some guidance right about now.
Advice earlier to bed so you are more bright and bushy tailed for what each new day will bring to you. Note, I mean jot stuff down to help you remember evenly it will fall into place. Keep a smile on your face. No one is perfect.
Oh my darling, do I ever hear you. I mean, I've been at the church now for 7.5 mths, and there are still things I'm learning and messing up on. Just remember that we all make mistakes, and to take everything in stride. We are weak when He is strong. Lean on Him! :) Love you tons!!
